Soooo, as I do once in a while, I like to share my neato finds with you. I honestly can’t even remember how I came across Toro, but I’m certainly glad I did. As I’m sure you can guess, I’ve tried almost every single Twitter client I can get my hands on. I’m a freak for gadgets like this. I’ve even attempted to download some apps after I’d already gotten Toro. Big mistake and waste of time. None of the other Twitter clients I’ve come across have anything close to what Toro offers.

Although Toro is still in its Beta form AKA a baby, it still blows the other clients out of the water. TweetDeck included. Its refresh rate is awesome! I’ve never had a Twitter client that refreshes as quickly and as problem-free as Toro does. Not only that, but the developer, Christopher Hayen is always on Twitter asking for input and wondering what we, the users, would like to see as the develpment of Toro continues. On a personal level, I’ve gotta say that Chris is really a nice guy. Honestly. I’d never push a product for someone - no matter how awesome the product was - if the person behind it wasn’t cool. Chris is a very friendly guy with a good sense of humor and reading his Tweets is interesting and gives us a glimpse into his life.

Anyway, the point is that if you use Twitter and aren’t using Toro, you’re completely missing out on something great! If it’s this great now, just imagine how awesome it’ll be once it reaches a higher status!!!!   :o

I love Toro as well. :D The refresh rate alone is enough to make a person weep tears of joy! Not to mention that I *rarely* lose a tweet. TweetDeck eats quite a few and that pisses me off! Kudos to you Chris!
