Joint pain totally sucks! I know you can relate since you were doing cartwheels! I miss doing those…although they’d probably cause me to be in traction for 3.5 years if I were to attempt one at this point in my life.

Joint pain sucks. My knees and hands have had something against me all weekend, except for today. Although it certainly didn’t help that I was operating a paddleboat yesterday and doing cartwheels. :left:
