I just downloaded the coolest screensaver known to man! I love it so much…I just have to share it with you guys.

It’s called Word Clock…the name says it all. That’s exactly what it is.

Word Clock is a typographic screensaver for Mac OS X and Windows. It displays a fixed list of all numbers and words sufficient to express any possible date and time as a sentence. Word Clock displays time by highlighting appropriate words as each second passes.

There are two display modes; Linear and Rotary which has a nice relationship with traditional analogue clocks.

Fine typographic control is provided so you can change the typeface, leading, kerning and alignment. Position and resize the display however you like. Font size is determined automatically for the best fit.

I have Word Clock running on my machine, and I flippin’ love it!I really love the fact that it’s customizable.

Mine is black w/ pink…my favorites.

Why wasn’t I consulted when designing the coolest screen saver known to MAN? It would have had a different concept. Heh Heh Heh! But, seriously, I can’t use ANY screen saver on my computer. I have the screen saver disabled. My monitor has a problem whereby it’s not advisable to let it go into screen saver mode. If it does, it will come out with screwed up video. Then I’ll have to go through an ordeal to get it back to normal.

Heyyy! The Comment Box is now working OK. No more slowness! :)

If I ever end up winning the lottery, I am going to buy you a new computer and a lifetime of high speed internet!

Or I could sell my Blog. And with all that money I could buy a computer and with the $50,000 left over, I could …”

 I’d never sell my blog! No way…I enjoy it too much - even when it’s running this slowly. I wish it’d go back to loading properly.

I finally got around to checking this out and wow! I am usually pretty down on screensavers (I use the default WinXP screensaver), but I think I’ll put this on at home. :D

Awesome, Charlie! :D

You know what’s even more awesome?! Hearing from you! You totally made my day by showing up. It seems like I never talk to you anymore. :( Ever since I uninstalled AIM, I hardly ever converse with you. I should consider reinstalling it or something.

This reminds me…I haven’t seen any blog posts from you in a LONG time. I’m guessing Opera dropped my subscription again. I will have to go look into it.

Thanks so much for dropping by…and I’m stoked that you found something you dig!

You should grab the RSS feed for my LJ. ;)

If you dislike the AIM program but have folks on there you want to talk to, check out Trillian or Pidgin. They will both connect to the AIM network but are way more awesome programs without all the ads and crap.

Thanks for the reminder to subscribe to feeds! I don’t know why, but I totally space out doing that.

You are the only person I want to talk to on AIM, but you’re worth it…so I will look into Pidgin. I’ve used Trillian before…a Loooooong time ago and it was a memory hog. I will certainly look into Pidgin, though. Thank you for the terrific ideas! :D
