• I can’t believe I didn’t post anything on my blog yesterday. What the heck?

• I realized earlier today that there are only 98 days until Christmas.   :?   Can you believe that?!

• Speaking of holidays, I cannot wait ’til Halloween! It’s always been my favorite holiday…although the older I get, the more I like Christmas and my birthday.

• Lonnie and I always dress up on Halloween. The past two Halloweens, I have been a nun and Lonnie’s been a priest. While I enjoy those costumes, I really want to mix it up this year. I’m not sure what exactly I want to do, but something fun…really fun!

• I’m listening to some Ministry. I’m not in the mood for them very often, but today seemed like a good day for it.

• I’m going to make Chicken Stir Fry w/ Sticky Rice for dinner tonight.

• Meh…Lonnie and I just had a ‘lover’s quarrel’. I flippin’ hate that!

• My son wiped out on his bike again yesterday. I asked him what the heck happened and he told me that he was riding around a corner with no hands and bit the pavement.     The last time he wiped out was because he was riding without hands. Will he ever learn?

• Lonnie just apologized to me for being unreasonable.   :)

• I’m going to be doing the Lemonade Diet soon. I’m sick of feeling all bogged down, so I want to cleanse my body. I’m hoping that with the detoxifying effects of the diet, I will have more energy and feel less lethargic. It’s worked for Lonnie in the past, so I’m optimistic that it’ll work for me, too.

• I need to mow the grass in my back yard sometime today. I’ve been putting it off because my broken toe hurts MUCH worse when I cram it into a shoe.

• I like Hulu much more than YouTube.

• It’s pretty gloomy today. That’s happening more and more…Fall is on the way.   :(

• I just had to yell at my cat, Araya. She was trying to get into my package of Biscotti!

• Last month I made $7.50 just from people clicking my sidebar ads. Isn’t that cool? I want to save up all the earnings from my blog and my shop and use it towards getting to see Sarah in person. It might take me a few years, but darn it…I’m determined!

• Speaking of friends, where the heck is Matthew today? He hasn’t been here at all…I hope everything is okay!

• My son failed to put the garbage out on the curb last night, so the garbage men didn’t pick it up.     I’m kinda torqued off about it. I reminded him to do it and everything!

• I just drank the last of the coffee. I’m contemplating whether or not I should brew another pot. I might go with water instead. My coffee intake lately has been unreal!

• Oil of Olay pwns.

• I need to get some work done now. I’ll be posting another entry in a little while. I saw something on TV last night that I really want to talk about.    :)

:eyes: I’ve never heard of a lemonade diet. Sounds “interesting” for lack of a better word. Hope it helps though. :)

I’m hoping it will, too. Lonnie speaks very highly of it…it worked wonders for him. :D

It was extra cool, because we threw the party oct 29th… and my b-day is oct 30th, so at 12 o’clock everyone started toasting and congratulating me… and then again one hour later, because that was the day the daylight saving time started that year… so i got one whole extra b-day hour!

 No biggie.

I always wondered why nobody ever dresses up like Santa for Halloween…but now I know that some people do. Or at least one person. :D

I sure hope the Lemonade Diet includes at least 1 meal of a Quarter Pounder. As a kid, my stupidest Halloween bit was painting a beard, mustache & sideburns … with a Magic Marker! :o Didn’t think it would be THAT hard to remove. Son of the Beach!
Have you and Sarah at least gotten to chat via phone?
For some reason, your “Oil of Olay pwns” comment cracked me up. It was so unexpected and off the wall.
So, the Nerd-O-Rama Buttons get you Gold Mine revenue?

Awww that was sweet of Carlos to ask that. :D Those really are interesting ads on the sidebar…like…they totally go with all of your post. And I know that Google does that on purpose, but it makes it super cool when you can sort of ‘follow up’ on what you were reading. Say for instance, you talk about Halloween. Well I get all in the mood to Halloween shop and damned if there isn’t an ad on the side for ‘girl’s Halloween costumes’ See what I mean?

I have missed your Randomness. I used that smiley because it looks like a blushing one to me. 8) Ohh I hope I did that one right. Anyway… I am not much of a phone chatter. I am, but I am not. It’s like I have to have something REALLY good to say. Otherwise, I feel all shy and things. I think that is what I am feeling. Or I might be feeling like I need to talk importantly about a subject.

Do you ever feel that way? I don’t think I could freely say what I am writing here to be honest. Unless we were USED to talking on the phone and then ..yes…I could freely say this. oh forget it! :p Love ya, hope you have a wonderful weekend. The weather is gorgeous here so we will be getting out for sure.

Well, Sarah, I’m not exactly known for being a Phone Chatter Box myself. I’m supposedly the “Shy One” of my family. Whatever! But, with that 1 Cyber Buddy-ette with whom I got to chat via phone, we’d spend HOURS … like 4 to 5 and a half hours on the phone! I couldn’t believe it. It’s that we had built a rapport whereby nothing seemed stupid or silly, Etc. We didn’t have to worry about not saying something because it might be boring or an I can’t believe I said that - Fugg Up. Nah! We just let it Rip. I must admit though, the very 1st Call, I was petrified. I was like, “What if we can’t match the carefree, freestyling, fly by the seat of our pants rapport that we have on the Message Board and E-mail … on the PHONE?” Luckily we hit the ground running on the Phone as well.

I guess I misunderstood which Ads y’all were referring to. But, I see now which ones y’all mean. Well, since I commented about Phone Chatting, let’s see if some Phone Ads pop up.

Carlos - No, the Nerd0Rama buttons don’t give me anything. It’s the Google ads and some other links throughout my blog that pay me per click. :)

Oh, and I don’t eat meat, so there will be no Quarter Pounders for me! :D

Sarah - I agree about the phone thing. I’ve never been much for talking on the phone. I HATE awkward silences.

My parents used to make me talk to my Grandparents on the phone…I hardly knew them, so I would just kinda sit there not knowing what to say. It was SO painful for me….I dreaded it. I think that’s stuck with me all these years. I now detest talking on the phone.

On those Google Ads, do they have to load in their entirety to be acknowledged as a Click? Or can we exit as soon as the URL pops up at the top and have it be acknowledged as a Cha Ching Click?

Well, in the Phone Chats with my friend, we got along so well, that IF there were any silences, they were more like Amusing Silences. We’d quickly turn them into something. Like I said, pretty much ANYTHING went. Nothing was too trivial or stupid. It was hilarious that many times we’d be like, “Oooo! How long have we been on the phone? And what’s our Record? 5 Hours? Hey! Let’s go for a New Record! Quick! Think of another topic to keep us talking. ANYTHING!” So, we’d conjure up who knows what for a topic. And then we’d cheer … “Yay! We set a New Record! 5 Hours & 15 Minutes!”

Uh, well, I cannot guide you at all. If they suddenly get buttloads of new hits from the same IP address, then I will get the boot!

I appreciate you wanting to help me out…really, I do. I just can’t tell you how it works…I don’t want to get taken out of the program. ;)

As for the phone thing…believe it or not, I am PAINFULLY shy. Think of the most shy person you know and then multiply their shyness by like 300 million. Yeah…that’s me.

I have Social Anxiety Disorder, which is accompanied by Panic Disorder. Basically what that means is that I don’t handle social situations well at all. I should actually blog all of this. Hmmm…maybe I will. Then people will understand me a little better. It’ll shock the heck out of people when they learn that I am shy, too! The one who babbles online constantly?!
