I never use the stuff, so it's not too much of a concern to me. Lonnie, though, he's the one who needs to worry. He uses salt quite a bit. He's gotten a lot better about it lately. I think seeing his Dad go through all of his health issues was a wake-up call. ;) I will say, though, that it's pretty amazing to me at times when I read a lable and see such high sodium contents. I mean, wow! :o Stuff that I'd not even think would have salt has TONS of it! Love ya', too, my BFF! Hmmm…I actually don’t really worry about salt too much.
