I’ve decided to do another Photoshop tutorial this time around.  I seem to get more Photoshop questions than any other type of  ”How do I do it?” question.  That’s perfectly fine with me because I flippin’ love Photoshop!    :D

Today I’m going to show you how to warp your face. w00t!

Here is the picture I’m going to start out with for mine:

Once you’ve got the picture open in Photoshop, go to Filter and then Liquify.

This is seriously the easiest trick you can do. Play around with different brush sizes, brush densities, brush pressures…etc. in order to warp your face. (or someone else’s face…or whatever.)
All you need to do is click on the area you want to warp and then drag it.

I chose to attack my eyebrow first!

Okay, so after screwing around with the different brush sizes

and whatnot, I finished my picture.

Take a look!

I know that MANY people detest MySpace, but there are still those of us who prefer it over Facebook. I must admit that I’m a bit miffed that MySpace started up with all those lame applications, though. That’s why I ditched Facebook. I got sick of people trying to buy me and throw sheep at me. BAH! I just want to socialize…not have to keep track of who’s doing what to whom.

… Sorry…a bit side-tracked there.

So anyway, I’ve been asked by a few people how the heck I hid the top ad on my MySpace page. The answer is an easy one…actually so easy it’s scary. MySpace has a way of filtering code, so I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if they end up filtering the code I’m about to give you…in which case, I will have to recode it. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. I HATE that ad. It trashes up my page, and trash irks me.

Here’s a screenshot of my MySpace page so you can see how it looks without the ugly ad on the top of the page…

And now for the code. :drumroll please:

<style type=”text/css”>
table td div {visibility:hidden;}
table table td div {visibility:visible;}
tr {background:transparent;}
div div { position:absolute; margin-top:-100px; }
</style>

That’s it.   Copy it and paste it into your ‘About’ section. Seems a bit too easy, huh? Like I said, MySpace will probably filter it out, so it won’t work forever. Until they filter it, though, it’ll work.

I guess I need to tell you that by hiding the ad, you are putting yourself at risk to have your page deleted by the MySpace commies AKA Admins. It’s against the Terms of Service to hide it, so yeah…do so at your own risk.

I honestly don’t care if I get mine deleted. I’ll just start over. No big whoop.

I hereby dub this the first edition of the Tutorial Tuesday©!  Every week on Tuesday, I will be posting a tutorial. I might explain how to do something with Photoshop, how to bake something, how to fix something, how to code something, how to perfect something….you never know what I’ll explain how to do!   ;)

I’ve done a couple of tutorials over on my My.Opera blog and they’ve taken off, so I figured I would start posting some on my site. If I have some knowledge that I can share with my readers, I’m happy to do so.  Besides, it’ll be a lot of fun for you and me!   :D

I have today’s tutorial all ready to go.  It’s going to be pretty long, though, so I’m considering starting a new page on the site dedicated to Tutorial Tuesday©.  One way or another, it’ll be posted in a few minutes, so make sure to check back!   :D
