Does 1:00 in the morning count as the buttcrack of dawn or is that a little bit later in the morning? I like the term ‘buttcrack of dawn’, so whether that’s technically what it is right now or not, I’m going with it for my title.

Once again, I’m using OneNote to compose my Random Randomness© in. I’ve used it SO many times over the past three days. I’ve stored recipes in it, used it to save Google search results, television schedules, movie information….just so much stuff. I absolutely LOVE this program. I totally cannot believe I’ve had it this whole time and didn’t even know what it was. I’m going to be going through all my Microsoft crap tomorrow (errr…later today) to see what other goodies I’ve got hiding!

Tomorrow (later today since it’s just after 1AM) is my fasting day. My buddy, Matthew, and I fast every single Monday. I admit I accidentally skipped a Monday, but I’ve been pretty good about it. I know Matthew has been doing well also. He’s also been doing his whole Yoga/Push-ups/Sit-Ups thing, so he’s turning into a real Tony Little…minus all the annoyance.

I finally got smart and typed out a ginormous list of different lines of HTML code that I use daily and saved it in OneNote. I can’t tell you how much time I’ve already saved myself. Instead of typing all this lengthy code out all the time, now all I do is open up my OneNote HTML notebook, copy the code I need, and paste it wherever it’s going! Zap! Quick, fast, and in a hurry! I cannot believe it took me all this time to finally bother doing it. I’ve been threatening to for a few years now. Yes…Y-E-A-R-S. I put most procrastinators to shame!

I’ve been drinking a tumbler of tea every night for the past few nights. It’s a really lovely way to wind down. I’ve been going with the Vanilla Chai flavor from the folks over at Bigelow. It’s really very tasty. I enjoy the hell out of it.

When Lonnie and I met with our daughter’s teacher at our parent/teacher conference, I made sure to ask what the school’s policies are with the children bringing home baked goodies to school. The last school our daughter went to had a strict NO HOME BAKED GOODIES!!! rule. Apparently they were freakishly paranoid about one of the kids bringing poisoned treats to school or something. Well, I was informed by my daughter’s teacher that there is no such rule at this school!!! :D I got SO excited. I told the teacher to be expecting a lot of super cute cupcakes to come her way.

It’s been so nice to finally see Lonnie get a little active with My.Opera. He posted some stuff on his blog the other night. It wasn’t only good to see him on there because he’s never on there and I enjoy his company….it was also nice to see him on there doing something other than work. He’s such a work-a-holic. I knew that’s how he was when we got together, so I do my best not to bring it up or gripe about it….that’s a lot easier said than done sometimes.

Wow…I just got struck with a GIANT wave of grogginess!!! That’s good. If I were smart, I’d get off of here immediately and go lay down. Too bad I’m a complete moron when it comes to this stuff. I drive poor Lonnie insane with the avoiding the doctor bit.

I wasn’t going to, but I think I really am going to lay down this time. I’m feeling more and more groggy….and like my body is essentially shutting down. I’d rather be in the horizontal position when that occurs.

• Sorry it’s been a few days since I’ve pumped out any Random Randomness©. I’ve either been busy or just simply feeling like crap lately. I feel pretty good today, though, and am not too busy to post something. :)

• I went to Physical Therapy for my neck/back injury for the first time yesterday. Ouch. The therapist didn’t hardly even do anything, but I’m still feeling it. No pain, no gain, though, so I am doing my best to be tough about it.

• My daughter spent the night at her friend’s house last night. Her friend lives back in Oregon, so it’s such a pain in the keister having to take her over there. It’s about an hour drive…but it’s worth it knowing how happy it makes her.

• I’m making cheese filled Tortellini for dinner tonight. I’ve never made it before, but I’m assuming it’ll be pretty good. I’m hoping so, anyway. I think I’ll use an Alfredo sauce on ‘em. I’m not sure what people usually use, but that’s what I’m going for.

• I’m wearing my angel earrings today. They’re so cute…and since I’m somewhat superstitious, I consider them to be a good luck charm.

• I’m also wearing my super cozy fleece socks today! I love these things. My tootsies stay so nice and warm. :D

• I’m currently listening to “Ænima” by Tool. I’m not too into it for some reason…but it’s better than silence.

• Lonnie and I watched “The Invasion” last night. While I generally cannot stand Nicole Kidman, the movie was fairly decent. Not the best I’ve ever seen, but also not the piece of crap we watched the other night. I give it one thumb up and one thumb to the side. Whatever that means.

• I bought some new creamer last night. It’s from the fine folks over at International Delight. The flavor I got is Hershey’s Chocolate & Caramel. WOW! That stuff is SO good! I love it!

• We’re going to have to leave to pick my daughter up pretty soon, so I’m going to need to wrap this up in just a couple minutes. I don’t have my make-up on, and the last thing I want to do is embarrass my daughter by showing up looking like doody!

• Lonnie just turned the air conditioner on. I’m already so cold! I wish we were on the same internal thermostat!

• I had a nice talk with my Mom earlier. I felt a lot of tension between us lately, so I went into her bedroom and asked if we could have a talk. We did and things seem a lot less tense now. I’m glad I got up the guts to go do that. I hate feeling tension.

• I need to mow the lawn some time this weekend. It’s not disgustingly long or anything, but it at least needs a good trim.

• I need to get my kids new winter coats before it gets too cold. I have no idea where I’m going to get the money to get them, but I’ll have to figure it out. They need to have warm coats!

• I guess I’d better go put my make-up on and get ready to pick my daughter up now. I will do my best to post some more either later tonight or tomorrow! Thank you to all of my loyal readers who keep checking back. It means so much to me that you’re all sticking with me by reading my blog on a regular basis! You guys are the best! :big hugs:

• I’ve got some spare time before I go prepare dinner, so I figured I’d use to up by composing some Randomness.

• I’m making Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo with a lovely side salad for dinner tonight.

• I won’t be eating the lovely meal I’m cooking.  I’m fasting today.

• My ten year old daughter is over on a different computer right now playing around with Photoshop. You should see the button she made the other night. It was a purple button for a website. It looked shiny and everything. She’s doing so well!

• I should hook my webcam up. It’s been sitting on top of my monitor for about a week and a half now. Just sitting there.  I think it’s about time I plugged that sucker in! If for no other reason than so I can use it as a mirror. I used to always use it to put lip gloss on with.

• We watched You Don’t Mess With The Zohan last night. Wow…that was stupid. I expected a high level of jackassery, but this by far exceeded my expectations. I like Adam Sandler, but it seems like the older he gets, the more his movies suck keister.

• Every Sunday night is “Spa Night” in our house. My daughter and I do our nails, put facial masks on, shave our legs, do our hair…the whole niner. It’s a really cute and fun way to bond…and our skin and hair thanks us for it!  We spent over two hours on Spa Night last night.  We even went all out and put tea bags on our eyes.  Next Sunday we’re going to use cucumbers. I made sure to pick one up while I was at the store earlier.

• Lonnie has been interviewing for jobs. Our business is struggling lately. People aren’t able to pay their bills like they used to, and it’s got that whole trickle down effect. If they don’t pay their bills, we can’t pay our bills…etc.  So anyway, he’s been putting his resumé out there in hopes to land a good job. Right now he’s got two different good prospects. Our fingers are crossed for the one in particular. It’d be a long commute, but very worth it in the long-run.

•  I’ve been watching Trading Spouses lately.  I’m not exactly sure why, but I get a big ol’ kick out of that show!

•  I keep threatening Lonnie to get traded with some really horrible wife/Mom to teach him not to take me for granted.

•  My daughter just yelled at the computer.  Like father, like daughter!

•  My stomach just growled. It had better shut the heck up. I’ll go chuck a glass of water. That’ll do the trick.

• I’ve found some REALLY awesome sites lately. I’ve gotten pretty lucky with my stumbling.  There’s just so much cool stuff out there to be found!

• I am going to call my Dad tomorrow.  I emailed him the link to a ton of new pictures I took, so I want to find out what he thinks of them.  Of course, I also want to see how he’s doing.

• The weird dreams are continuing lately. I see no end to them in sight. That’s perfectly okay with me, too. They are MUCH better to have than the nightmares I was having.

• Hoorah!!! Matthew just logged on! Yay…now I can babble his eyes out of his melon again!        Poor guy.

• My daughter just asked me how to spell the word “Chronicles”….now I know what she’s up to. She is creating a new t-shirt design!  How cool is that?  I can’t wait to see what she’s got.  Of course, I’m forbidden to look until she’s all done.  That’s how I roll, too. None of this sneak-a-peek BS going on with me!

• My son went with me to the store today. I said to him, “Wow, it’s been a really long time since just you and I went anywhere together.”  He replied with, “Yeah, too long. Everybody’s always wanting to be around us! Bastards!”  I laughed and then said, “What can you expect? We’re just THAT flippin’ cool!!!”…then he laughed.  It was hilarious. I know it might not sound like much to you, but it was one of those ‘had to be there’ things.

• Speaking of my son, he just came up here and asked me when I’m going to start dinner. I guess that’s my cue to go get to cookin’!  I hope everyone’s well and has a wonderful day/night/week/month…etc.    :D

• Sorry I’ve not posted for a while on here…not sure what’s up with that. I’m hoping it’s just another one of my phases.

• I might go with Lonnie to a Photoshop Meet-Up tonight. Not sure. I’m undecided.

• Have you tried the Chocolate Mix Skittles yet? If so, what do you think? If not, you really should. They’re SO good. The Chocolate Mix has five flavors: Vanilla, S’Mores, Chocolate Caramel, Chocolate Pudding and Brownie Batter…all of which are super tasty!

• I had a dream the other night that I turned into a stripper…only it wasn’t me. I looked into the mirror and I was a really nasty looking blonde chick with frizzy hair and just not very pretty AT ALL.

• Lonnie was cold and said, “I can see my breath.” I replied, “It’s dead people.”

• I saw Jim Naybors on TV the other night. What a sweet man. Really. He’s just such a soft spoken and sweet guy. I’m pretty sure he’s still alive…and I’m really hoping I didn’t just jinx that fact.

• My Mom told me last night that she was really worried about me the night before. She said I looked, “Very fragile and pale” when she saw me. I’ve not been sleeping and eating properly, so I’d imagine I didn’t look my best. I hate knowing I worried her, though. Hopefully she’s not worried anymore.

• Lonnie and I went to The Dalles and cleaned out his parents’ chimney for them. Well, Lonnie cleaned it while I just kinda sat on the roof and joked around with his Dad. His parents are really nice people. Ultra religious, but still…very nice. It’s taken me a LONG time to open up to them. I’m so shy around them. I’ve known them for about four years now, and I still have a difficult time making conversation with them. I think they understand that I’m shy and it’s nothing personal, so that helps.

• I noticed that my earring from my left ear is missing. It’s a tiny little martini glass…so cute. I’d better find it!

• I want a new vacuum.

• Halloween is even closer now! Yay! I have a feeling that I’m going to end up being a nun for the third year in a row. We simply can’t afford a different costume. Finances are so tight. It’s horrible. Everyone seems to be feeling it, too. I really hope things will ease up for everyone relatively soon.

• I finally talked to my BFF, Sarah, on the phone the other day! I can’t believe it took me so long to finally talk to her. I hate how shy I am. She’s so easy to talk to, though. I wasn’t nervous or anything…not even one time! We spoke for about three hours or so…never a weird silence. I feel like I’ve known her forever and ever. I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful friend. I love you, Sarah!

• My Mom says she’s liking her new job fairly well. She doesn’t seem overly thrilled with it, but oh well. A job is a job!

• Lonnie’s interviewing for jobs away from home. Our business is still alright, but just not enough. It’d be perfect if people would pay their bills, but the economy is so crappy right now that nobody is able to stay on top of things. If he gets a job outside of the home, we’ll be able to finally pay things off and get some sort of savings.

• I have no idea what to make for dinner tonight…of course.

• I need to call my brother. He’d called and left a message for me on my birthday, but I wasn’t home. I haven’t returned his call yet. I am such a schmuck sometimes!

• I need to mow the lawn. It’ll have to wait ’til the rain stops, though.

• The more I think about it, the more I’m wanting to go to that Photoshop Meet-Up tonight. It’d be good for me to get out and talk with people. Especially people who do the same things I do. Maybe I could actually get a friend or something freaky like that!

• My Mom ordered a Gooseberry Patch cookbook for me. I cannot wait to get it! It comes with a free tote bag, too. I love those books. They have such good ideas…and so easy and yummy, too!

• I’ve been going nuts cleaning lately. My OCD has picked up way too much. I can’t seem to relax. It’s annoying everyone, and even myself. I just don’t know how to stop jumping up and cleaning stuff, though. If I don’t, it just sits in my head and nags and nags until I can’t take it and I get up and do whatever it is. I know something in my life lately has caused it to flare up…I need to figure out what that is.

• I should probably go take a shower. Not only am I freezing, but a hot shower always seems to help chill me out a bit. I’m not tense or anything…just feeling like I could use a little break from everything. :)
